For those who follow the indie comic market, you are probably familiar with Mad Cave Studios. With titles like Battlecats, Honor and Curse, and Midnight Task Force, they have been cranking out the hits on a regular basis for several years. Nottingham looks to be another home run for Mad Cave.

This book is a bloody mess (in a good way). Violent, but with a purpose. Edgy, but intentional. Nottingham gives us a look at Robin Hood lore that is much different than what many of us are used to.

The art is fantastic and creates an awesome environment for the book. The writing has my attention and I honestly don’t know who the good guy is. I definitely recommend this for your pull list (it’s on mine). Call your LCS and make it happen!
*The book has a Teen+ rating and includes some coarse language and graphic violence.*
